Musically, this track was an exercise in chopping up drum loops I had on my hard drive and seeing if a breakcore-esque workflow would produce something interesting.
After adding some melodic loops and tying everything to the kick (plus some exploratory VST synth work that I'd never used before,) the overall tone of the song reminded me of strong forward motion.

Initially I'd intended for this song to be a collaboration, but I found myself having to complete the track myself. I've never intended to be a vocalist, nor do I see myself as one,
so this song is primarily conveying my feelings of being placed in a position unwillingly with the passage of time being the "ground."

hopefully I've conveyed a sense of urgency.
